Arlington, Washington, will host Hometown Holiday events every Saturday from November 30 to December 21, 2024. Highlights include:
November 30: Tree lighting at 5 PM, Shop Small specials, firepits, s’mores, performances by AHS choirs, The Star movie at Olympic Theater, Night of Lights, and a holiday farmers market.
December 7: Santa Parade at noon, visits with Santa at Legion Park, wagon rides, holiday carousel and Ferris wheel (operating until December 15), and holiday movies.
December 14: Wagon rides, Songs & Cider in the Park, Voice of the Village performance, and holiday lights downtown.
December 21: Final wagon rides and festive activities.
All events are free to attend and feature a range of activities, including movies, crafts, and holiday cheer. The event offers a festive atmosphere for the whole community to enjoy.

Aviation enthusiasts and casual admirers alike should plan to attend Arlington's nationally known Arlington SkyFest event, held the third weekend of August. This is the third largest Experimental Aircraft Association SkyFest in the country, featuring aerobatic pilots, colorful hot air balloons, and drone show.

Every Saturday during the summer months, Legion Park in historic downtown Arlington is transformed into an open-air market. Enjoy the fun, community atmosphere as you browse the wares of local makers and growers, and score some fresh, home-grown and homemade products. The Centennial Trail runs adjacent to the park, making the market a pleasant and convenient lunch stop. Peruse the art installations along the trail, or take the self-guided Artwalk.
