Shopping + Antiques
Historic Downtown Snohomish’s First Street is lined with small shops and antique stores.
One could easily spend an entire day here and not explore all of the offerings found throughout this treasure hunt of a city. Heritage quality is written on and into the old buildings themselves, yet is celebrated in refreshing new ways by new generations of merchants and makers.
Towering brick edifices and antique shops stand shoulder-to-shoulder with modern boutiques. Snohomish is home to hundreds of antique dealers at numerous shop locations. To start, there’s the Antique Station at Victoria Village and the Star Center Mall, which alone is a five-floor complex with over two hundred dealers selling art glass, vintage toys, estate jewelry, and collectibles.
BOUTIQUES
Along First Street, artisans sell everything from hand-dipped candles to kitchenware, luxury teas, upcycled clothes, and hand-sewn aprons. Everything is quaint and bespoke and oh-so-Instagrammable. You’ll want to carve out time to hunt for that special something to take back from your trip to this small PNW town.
