Driving

If you prefer the flexibility of driving, car rentals are available at Paine Field Airport and various locations throughout the county. Snohomish County is well-connected by highways, making it easy to drive between destinations. Most towns and attractions offer parking facilities and accept debit/credit cards or have a convenient QR code to digitally pay. Carry some change for potential downtown metered parking.

Discover Pass: Many natural parks and recreational areas require a Discover Pass for parking, which you can purchase online or at designated retail locations.

Snohomish County Parks Day-use Pass: Some Snohomish County Parks require a day-use pass. They are good for one year from the date of purchase and cover both the boat launch and day-use areas. Biking

Snohomish County is a haven for cyclists, boasting numerous bike trails that offer both leisurely rides and challenging terrains. The 40-mile Centennial Trail, for instance, is a popular option for families and recreational cyclists. The Interurban Trail is 11.8 miles of paved surface that follows the trail of the once used Interurban Trolley that ran from downtown Seattle to Everett from 1910 through 1939. Public Transportation
