The Strategic Tourism Report (STP) is a four-year guiding document. Produced by Snohomish county in partnership with contractors OTAK, Inc. and RRC & Associates, this comprehensive document dictates how the county Destination Management Organization (DMO) and tourism partners across industries strategically plan to develop Snohomish County as a tourism product.
