Established by Scott & Jennifer Sonneveldt (pronounced Sawn-a-veldt) in 2017 on behalf of their passion for bringing people together to enjoy good food and wine came this beautiful 12-acre estate ready and waiting for your next event. Their hard work and dedication provide you with an exclusive event venue for large weddings, special events or smaller gatherings. Intimate areas, all gazing to the sweeping view of the Cascade Mountain foothills in Monroe, Washington. Located 20 miles east of Everett and 30 miles north of Seattle on Hwy 2. We are easily accessed from Eastern or Western Washington. The Cascade mountain range to the east is dramatic and awe-inspiring on a warm sunny day with breathtaking sunsets towards the west. You are surrounded by beauty in every direction. Careful consideration for the history of the valley has turned this venue into a fun and relaxing place to visit and a wonderful place for your next event. We have the unique chance of listening to a train go by from the once known, Great Northern Railway, today known as BNSF, still running passengers and freight between Wenatchee and Everett.
