Puget Sound Express Whale Watching

Group tours and charters are an outstanding way to build team spirit, celebrate important events, or to bring family and friends together. From corporate team-building events, to parties and reunions, we’ve done it all and have extensive experience crafting lasting memories on the water.

Public tours operate March through December (twice-daily in July and August) departing from the Edmonds Marina. Port Townsend, Seattle, Everett, Bellingham departures available (charter-only) with additional crew, transportation and port fees.

Puget Sound Express offers three standard opportunities for group tours:

Join in a regularly-scheduled public tour departure from Edmonds (groups from 20-128) March through December.
Buy-out a regularly-scheduled public tour departure from Edmonds (group discounts apply) March through December.
Charter our 58- or 128-passenger vessel for corporate trips, client events, field trips, reunions, etc. (hourly rates apply) year-round.

Vessel details:

MV Saratoga - Our newest vessel launched April 2018. This 128-passenger high-speed cat/foil hull offers a smooth ride, comfortable indoor and outdoor seating with multi-level and wrap-around viewing decks, a convenient concessions galley, ADA restrooms and 7 HD displays. A semi-private 14-passenger upper-deck salon is available for VIP groups.

Chilkat Express - our 58-passenger high-speed passenger vessel is the fastest on the west coast.

Our family-recipe blueberry buckle (a delicious coffee cake baked onboard), lunches and hot/cold drinks and concessions are available for pre-purchase on all public tours. Onboard catering is available for group charters through Chef Dane Catering with options for beer/wine, happy-hour bites, and casual buffet lunches or dinners.
