Spring is upon us, and it’s time to wake up from our winter hibernation! If you’re ready to get out on the town, check out this list of Snohomish County’s most exciting spring events. Art, music, cycling, gardening, and more, there’s so much going on this spring!
Art Walk Edmonds
The Edmonds arts community comes alive at this monthly event. Downtown Edmonds businesses and galleries host art displays, demonstrations, live musical performances, book readings, kids’ activities, and more. For a perfect night out, grab a bite to eat at one of Edmonds’ countless delicious restaurants and spend the evening experiencing art in all its forms. Artists and activities change monthly, so come back every month to see what’s new!
When: The third Thursday of every month, 5-8 PM
Snohomish on the Rocks
Spend the afternoon enjoying live music and sampling the area’s best spirits at this celebration of local craft distillers. General admission includes a tasting glass and eight tasting tickets you can use at any of the more than one dozen local distillers in attendance. Bottles will be available for purchase so you can take home your favorites from the afternoon!

Vendors line the streets of downtown Everett during this three-day celebration of the outdoors and gardening. Walk through the historic Everett downtown while browsing flowers, plants, yard art, outdoor furniture, and more. When you’re done shopping, check out one of the festival’s gardening classes or presentations (there’s even one led by local gardening legend Ciscoe Morris)! Sorticulture is the perfect start to the gardening season.

Fisherman’s Village Music Festival
This three-night music festival in downtown Everett is the perfect way to kick off summer in Snohomish County! The festival features over two dozen bands across five stages, including headliners Drive-By Truckers and Allen Stone. The weekend-long event will also feature a night market with more than 40 vendors and delicious local food trucks. A weekend of fun, music, and good eats!

A pet costume contest, a pet selfie booth, and even a pet parade? This community event in Lynnwood will warm any pet lover’s heart. Bring your four-legged friend, or just come to spend time with pets of all shapes and sizes. For pet lovers of all ages, this event is a great way to spend a Saturday morning.

Darrington’s Read and Ride
A celebration of dogs, cycling, and books, this year’s event highlights A Dog’s Devotion, the story of a K9 rescue team’s 2014 rescue mission after the Oso landslide. The event will feature an author Q&A, book discussion, and group gravel rides to visit the site of the Oso landslide. The event is free, but pre-registration is required.

Come check out the area’s finest classic and custom motorcycles. Featuring live music, vendors, and a judged motorcycle show, this event is fun for the whole family. Bring your bike to enter in the show, or just come to see the downtown Snohomish streets filled with the area’s best bikes!
